South London based, nineteen year-old singer-songwriter Siobhan Parr has been writing and performing her emotive and heartfelt folk/soul tinged songs since the age of fourteen.

A chance recording session with the Alabama 3 at one of London's less salubrious recording studios led to 4AD Music immediately signing the seventeen-year-old Siobhan to a long-term publishing deal and a?lead vocal?track on the Alabama 3 album.

Siobhan became a regular at Denmark Street's 12 bar club, the Kashmir and the Borderline performing to late night Soho drunks and a smattering of industry insiders - her reputation grew quickly and before long she hooked up with south London's finest alt-country stars Grand Drive - that relationship continues with Siobhan playing regular shows with them and numerous collaborative recording sessions on each others material.

In November 2003 Siobhan supported Lemonheads' frontman Evan Dando on his 6 date tour of Ireland where she ended up dueting with him on the last few gigs!

As her reputation grows Siobhan's is playing regular shows in the UK.
