taken from adamcarmony.com: Beginning his career in Denver, Colorado, Adam's debut album, Up Front, was released locally and online to the public in May of 2001. This initial project caught the attention of industry professionals and fans alike, due to Adam's proven independence in the creation of dance/pop music. Writing the lyrics to his songs, arranging his music, programming (with the nearly vintage Korg X3) and producing his own recordings, Adam's drive and talent soon brought him to headline with R&B legends such as Martha Wash (C+C Music Factory), The Weather Girls, Jeannie Tracy, and Cece Penniston in the summer of 2001.
