I have to disagree. I was at the St. Lukes show and as happy as I was to see Howe I was equally excited to find Cortney. Never heard of her before but I was blown away by her voice and unique songs. I think the fact that she plays so many instruments live, sometimes several at the same time, shows what a fearless musician she is. Just like the first time I heard the Rundgren song and saw the Godard film, I was left "Breathless". I'm going to see her Tuesday at Bush Hall, and can't wait to hear the record.
