Raz + Expensive drinks = Wet

Good to see..

..the baldy one who used to be in Art Brut is putting his time to good use.

do you seriously believe

..that BJ, 1984 and Milburn are better than artic monkeys or are you just saying that to show off that you know of some other bands from south yorkshire.

Yay Bublé!

well

that's a huge weight taken off my shoulders. 11 year old children should not be running around tatty bogles, no matter how talented they are.

And the gig

A mere combined age of almost 43?... A Kent Foursome?

A male Smooch singing songs about the cheapness of life during war perhaps?

Wow,

a Babyshambles fan giving us the inverse anti-conformist double bluff. Groundbreaking.

the blonde cunt in the middle

is going out with Kelly Osbourne. She's a naughty girl.

Oh no,

not another one...

Protest all you will grundy but Busted, McFly and consequently Son Of Dork have been responsible for turning a whole new generation of children on to the sounds of American punk and emo music. Which, although not a good thing in itself, will in turn lead to these children to more credible and exciting forms of music - in the same way that Charlie Simpson's career has progressed - these children will grow up to be functioning members of the music community.

Previous incumbents of pop-mags affections such as Boyzone, Westlife, S Club 7 etc did very little to improve the kids taste...

Spot on review.

You can't beat a Bourne lyrical couplet but perhaps flogging a long-dead American horse was the wrong route to take, especially since the shift in credibility McFly have taken since stepping out from under JB's hefty shadow into much more anthemic (and ultimately British) territory with their new album.

Bloc Party - Two More Years

I've been saying it's an 'I can only disappoint u' clone for weeks; nobody has agreed with me until now.
ahh, that's better.

Warchild benefit tracklisting revealed

you can rip the audio into a nice unprotected mp3 using some sort of stream ripper program (i like 'sound capture') it's a bit messy, but akin to recording protected cds through an phono output on your stereo... drm are easy to crack if you have the inclination.

Keane and Faultline together sounds... well, i don't think i'd like to speculate what it will sound like. hm.

Re: The Cribs - Martell

Exactly. There's no shame in loving the hooky ones.
'I'll Be Ok' anyone?

The Organ

I heard several drunk barflyers loudly exclaim "Oh my god, it's a girl!" half-way through the set. Poor Katie. Although I suppose, that was actually the desired effect.

Hurrah! YMSS to re-release

Does this mean my original copy is gonna be worth something? I almost spilt tea on it last month, soggy cardboard is horrible.
