I think they may have accomplished what they had hoped. It feels like they've grabbed some of the gems from all of the previous records, slung them over their shoulders, and confidently walked forward. I must say, I'm quite glad for it. And the production??: Incredible. Walla is getting really, really good. Some of the guitar lines feel like they're going backward and forward at the same time (citing places like the intro to Cath...), and in a good way. I hope the album just keeps growing on me.
