was Spectrals. What a great sound, and refreshing to experience some well done 60s do-wop. great following Strange Boys.
piece of work, i love listening to her voice, it puts me in a strange, reflective mood.
cornerstone is a sweet, sweet song, and the album does so often just fade in and out of my attention, thus rated a little too high. i do find myself taking a little longer to 'get into' the monkeys newer stuff (Favourite Worst Nightmare included) rather than the instant body rockability that there first album presented.
is superb, I can't stop listening to the first three tracks, then placing Devil's Crayon in between.
Don't know about anyone else, but there was a really positive vibe with/for them at Field Day, a really strange 'excitement' based feeling. Well done lads!
at no Phantom Band, but hope Horrors do it. Kasabian being featured is no surprise, and credit where it's due their improvement is for all to see.
Not the first time it has been said but Glasveges- w h y.
A good write, I always start to wonder what the first few steps are to get involved, having no qualification based experience, in the industry.
