their club nights are ace

I've been to tons of their club nights.. heartily recommended, they've put up great gigs by Cranes (it was them right?), Epic 45, The Workhouse (where on earth are they now?), Dreamend, Piano Magic, Pia Fraus, God Is An Astronaut

agreed

totally second that.. nothing to write home about

radiohead cover

and their cover of Exit Music (For A Film) on the recent Stereogum's OK Computer tribute album was ace as well!

stupid

what a lame topic suggested as if it has any relevance at all..

Been a fan

been a fan ever since I saw them at Luminaire supporting Sodastream. they were fantastic live!

RIGHT

and besides it's not really their sophomore album, it's their 3rd.

ep vs lp

3 tracks off the ep can also be found on lp: "that summer, at home i had become", "last year's rain didn't fall quit" and "and she would darken the memory"

The Target In You

is a superb, all-instrumental (if i'm not mistaken) in-your-face guitar-driven power-pop. seen them live as well (3years ago or so), they were ace. in fact, had a chat with them and bought them a breakfast next day after the gig.

i was a cub scout

remember seeing I Was A Cub Scout at Smalltown America gig. they were ace. Indeed, as DiS describes them here - Indie punk 'tronica, Postal Service vs Digital Ash-esque Oberst.

vinyl vs cd vs download

quoting "If anything the death of physical formats will be good for bands and smaller labels. Distribution of a files is a lot easier and cheaper than distribution of cds or vinyl" <- to my best knowledge smaller laber actually prefer physical formats, especially, vinyls..
