Look let's get it straight the Charlotte years were amazing. From Life Less Ordinary to Meltdown they ruled.
That said Ash are probably the finest pop/rock band of the last 20 years. Tim Wheeler is a genius songwriter. Rock Mcmurray could easily be in Weezer and Mark Hamilton cool as. BTW can someone clear up a query. IT's well documented that prior to Free All Angels Ash were near bankruptcy. As they have had a lean time of late is it true Tim Wheeler has subsidised his income as a sound editor for documentaries? There was a recent documentary on C4 where a Tim Wheeler was given this credit.
