Sleep!
WOW! If they played the entirety of Dopesmoker it would be the greatest thing in the world
that sunday line-up
I've just spaffed myself.
you fail math?
Ticket prices 2005 - £27.50
Ticket prices 2008 - £60
I like Truck but the increases in capacity and doubling of prices, not to mention prices inside the festival aren't what it was about. Shame.
Fuck Truck
Ticket prices more than doubled since 2005
Line-ups hardly even announced before tickets go on sale
Way to turn into Glastonbury...
good article
Liverpool is definitely the best city in the country, some great bands and nights put on by some lovely people. Class A Audio nights are always a beast, memories of Shitmat at Bar Fresa tearing down the ceing spring to mind
OH! YES!
THERE!
uncredible
lineup, Earth, Einstellung, Harvey Milk, Noxagt and Thrones. Wow
How to write a fanzine by Everett True
1. Mention Kurt Cobain in every article
2. Think you're more important than you really are
3. Find a bunch of better writers to try and hide the fact that you suck
£20 please
Well I didn't know
and I'm a bit gutted. Glad I got to see them when they were playing together.
.
Shit Pyramid
Wild Beasts
are one of the worst bands I have ever seen. Comically bad in fact.
Lightning Bolt!
new album this year, plus the inevitable clutch of Magik Markers releases.
go see this film!
it's really really good, and the soundtrack is pretty fine too. I haven't listened to the Moldy Peaches in a long time, but that track makes me want to listen to them again. The Melvins also get several namechecks in the film, hell yeah!
Sunn 0))) were loud??
Are you ears made of tinfoil? It was quieter than Old Trafford during their set. TURN IT UP!!! Awesome performance though, in every sense of the word.
i met
Dylan Carson in New York in August, very nice man. Looking forward to this record and ATP very much
note to me
learn to spell
not to all aspiring bands
if you want to get your bands name in all the redtops for dating a celebrity, DON'T pick Smelly Obsourne.
both the lads are pyarly scouse
anyway, they don't need to sell albums any more, they own half the ridiculously expensive/not nearly as cool as the decor wants you to believe bars in Liverpool
.
rovv'd
wow, it's like my first graphic design
or maybe Web -1.0
pardon?
Tamworth? Palace?
Anyway, who the fuck are these?
.
it's probably a better line-up without them. seriously, do they actually play anything live?
.
here here
what a gash list
the only album that deserves a place on there is the Electrelane album and maybe Gallows and Patrick Wolf.
.
lolz
DIS SUCKZ!
'Maida Vale has the a rich musical history comparative to, if not greater than, places like Abbey Road. The name has been associated with sessions for likes of Steve Lamacq, Zane Lowe'
yeah
i'd say that review was about spot on. they're still great, but a couple of the songs seem to have been re-worked to their detriment. more shmap’n shmazz please.
hot club
are all kinds of goodness
this is all well and good but
they weren't too good the last time they played here...
OMGZ!!!!!!!
110% THERE!!!!1!!1

Ove-Naxx and Wrong Music vs. Adaddat, can't go wrong there.
flip me!
THERE!!!!!!!!!
why?
can't they just put Ryan Adams in jail instead?
...
what a shite list, if you're going, see these:
Circle Takes The Square
Racebannon
Mates of State
and some other stuff, but yeah, worth going just for those three bands, the first two in particular
yum!
oh man it smells good in that place, 40 years of beer, sweat, fags and puke. niiiice
nice
Hot Club de Paris, Tera:Tora and That Fucking Tank, worth going just for them innit.
Tickets in the bag.
i just noticed...
Friday...a.P.A.t.T
Fuck yeah!
ha!
i've got somewhere to stay. it's not very nice. but i don't care. because i'm going.
but...
Isn't the NME just Smash Hits in disguise anyway?
it was always a joke
they started off as a joke.
it just backfired when they got signed after their third gig or something.
then had to follow it up with a bunch of songs and tours.
jokes on them too.
:(
cries also
.
I'm already there.
p.s. the Liverpool show is at Korova.

No Metgod?
That free-kick against West Ham was uncredible, it was still rising as it hit the back of the net, and the celebration, amazing!
