seriously.....

wow I am gob smacked by this.

the world is turning into a bureaucratic bullshit quagmire.

average photos at best

"...at least you'll have another way to earn a living"

Geez if only it was that easy! I can't make a living out of photography despite having a degree, being published monthly and working a non photography job part time!

I would box

the sounds of mogwai and then bury it in capsule for future generations to discover.

Then when people discover the capsule they will open the box and be blown away by the epic sounds.

They will think Mogwai were some kind of gods and worship them, then they would create a post-new testament in the bible recounting stories of how mogwai metled peoples faces off.

maybe.

good work

Lucy. I haven't even had the chance to edit my shots yet!

SHOTMAKER

amazing stuff.

everyone knows

dartz! are just a disco band Pennington! ha!

funnily enough

I was at that Explosions gig in 2004 and at this one!

true

story.

..

they are taking the piss. I am sure they don't care what some faceless reviewer has to say about them. they were bloody good though.

congrats

to DIS!

But I can't believe there were no nominations of any type for Plan B!

mtb

will totally corrupt those boys! haha!

yup

i definitely know that house!

hm..

I think I know whose house that is in Exeter!

huh

"saving 70 of the 700 jobs which were lost"

does that mean they are going to get robots to run the stores!

...

i think you missed the point on encyclopedia. they are tongue in cheek. they are twee. thats the way they are.

i think

he secretly wants to live in castle!

i am

playing in goal for rocksound. they have no idea what they have let themselves in for!....ex pros....oh fuck.

dan reeves

is on there twice, as himself and in farewell appalachia! good work exeter-core!

thats funny

calling steven formerly of cat on form and someone who sings blur songs in soundcheck a scenester!

this fills

me with a little bit of exeter-core pride!

thanks.

it means

we are all fucked! overpriced tickets, beers and no opportunities for local bands.

I second

that comment about tiny dancers. they were so bad is actually made me cry with anger!

this

book is ace. i highly reccomend it.

Warning! Danger! Etc! An Emergency do stuff...

they really are quite out standing.

Leopard lamped during Johnny Depp show

well i think he didn't half ask for it. he had the guy in a head lock. admittedly the guy shouldn’t have clocked him. but then some people are comfortable with naked men strangling them!

plus apparently arty bit the finger of the guy to the bone. he also looked like it wanted to beat the living crap out of the guy.

so you know six of one, half a dozen of another.

Nada Surf back with a '...Gift'

freaky. i just started listening to let go! a beautiful summer album.

Enablers

they were quite outstanding at the exeter cavern.

Maria Taylor

decibully are the best live band i have seen this year. they played the exeter cavern two nights running! amazing stuff.

The Independent pick top 10 venues - what're yours?

well if it was Independent Music Venues then the Exeter Cavern reigns supreme. One of the best small venues in the UK and run by people who are interested in the music not the money.

Uncovered by Heartbeat: Cherubs release long player followed by long tour

i swear this band supported the bronx at garage a year ago or so. they sounded exactly like the strokes. they were like clones or something.

Bullet Union - Bullet Union

rahhh! bullet union. rahhh! that is all.

Hot Snakes - Audit In Progress

anyone know who is supporting at the underworld?

Hell is for Heroes - One Of Us

was talking to tom (guitarist) about it the other day.

Hell is for Heroes - One Of Us

they are taking the stutter out. it was put in by the producers (yes-refused influence) without the band realising.

Strike Anywhere guitarist "truly irresistible"

HE is the one on the far right.

Q And Not U

whoops sorry i didn't realise the bassist played in dead inside too.

what did you think of the first band?

Q And Not U

what no mention of the first band, an emergency. i thought they rocked considering what a big support this was.

and bullet union only have one member of dead inside.

Span Tour Hits the Road + Bloc Party + Kill Kenada

saw the gig in exeter.
kill keneda blew span away.

Fickle Public - Public Service Broadcast #1

the red letter code....indie! what! despite the band splitting up check out some more recent mp3's (much better) http://www.garageband.com/artist/theredlettercode
