That's not his ex, that's his girlfriend. It was tongue in cheek.

They're a lovely couple.

Article here - it's hardly offensive to him.

the album

...is incredible, it makes me warm. so many tracks that you're humming about 2 hours later...

have a read of this...

...their last gig, at Massive Attack's meltdown.

They have a great lineup - Klaxons' drummer Mark Heaney and David Bowie's Gail-Ann Dorsey etc.

haha

wow, that takes me back!

More names to come :)

We're really excited by this years event, it's going to be bigger and better than anything we've put together in the ten years of TMF Festival.

Just to let you know that as well as ticket prices being low, we won't be ripping people off with huge bar/food prices/programme prices. Anyone who knows our old festival will know we're not in this to make ourselves rich!

wow

that made me CRINGE

mentchun

Wonky use of a T or not, good point.

Truck is one of the best festivals of the summer...why no mention?

//

i challenge anyone who's seen them live to call them shit...

She's gonna be big this year.

No Age, The Puritans, Emmy the Great, The Duke Spirit. Woop!

Great lineup...great festival...

...

Christ - I have no idea you can knock a kid of his age for getting off his ass and doing something like this.

And there's plenty of kids with musician parents who've never lifted a finger. The Geldofs, anyone?

I say good luck to him, my young nephew (13) went to the festival and had an amazing time - he never would have been able to go to a festival without his parents, and he got to meet some bands as well...he was chuffed.

Pity Field Day the next day wasn't as good...

ukkk

What an odd choice of bands from the UK. There's a wealth of good, commercial bands knocking about in this country...we really don't need The Hoosiers representing us...

safe

It'll be another case of "safe" artists for safe middle-class 30-somethings to enjoy...

uuuuuhh

I'm not so sure I can endure another Glastonbury ordeal, it feels like each year it's getting harder to justify...

My Hero

There's no way Alex will be able to take time off from ridding the world of cocaine, referring to himself as a "rock-star" and hosting terrible band competitions. Oh, and running a farm. He's a farmer you know...?

Emmy is Great.

Emmy is incredible. I remember seeing her at TMF Festival in 2005 and thinking she was going to be huge. All fingers crossed 2008 is the year...

ipso facto

Ipso Facto appear to be going from strength to strength. I saw their third gig about 6 months ago and they were pretty damn good then. Now, they're superb...and so damn young...
