Since seeing them for the first time in 2005 in Newcastle, I have had a seriously soft spot for the combination of street-level politics and great tunes. Not everyone's cuppa. But its mine. And its got me through the long drive to my sad civil service lab job and I start work in a good mood. I loved Ruff Guide in particular, but this is a grower. And they are canny people, they make me smile, and jump around like a prat 15 years my junior at their gigs. Good luck to them.
