WONDERFUL BAND
Can't wait for them to come over.
Three "vinyls"?!
Jesus.
A) I think
This was really good fun when i went a couple of years ago.
Comment
The Week That Was were storming when I saw them the other week. Even better than School of Language (good LP) who played too.
Saw BEAK a few days earlier, and they were good as well. I thought they played a little too long, but the trumpet was smashing. I've still got a little feather.
Are you kidding?!
This city is so fucking overpriced.
Great LP. Kind of underrated.
My band is playing on the Leeds date too. Super psyched.
Because
I think it's a pitiful reflection on the record "buying" habits of the readership of DiS.
Not a slur on your band!
Does this mean
you won't be giving him 4/10 reviews anymore?
Can he guest edit the site for a week please?
Rock and Roll Circus is great.
Best practice rooms I've ever used.
Oh shit!
I'm not going to listen to them now then.
The Youngs Plan
Pretty good. THX.
"Few bands would turn down the opportunity for television exposure"
I would argue very very strongly against that if I could be bothered.
It's a pretty retarded thing to say.
...
There was a hardcore band from Exeter called We Leave At Dawn.
Best band in the UK
Sissy Hits is amazing.
Wish I could see them every night.
I got bundled along to see him in Leeds the other week,
and he was preaching about DIY in between songs!
Haha!
It really is as good as he says.
I hope someone puts it out properly very quickly.
My friend said the other day
"Jonquil are one of those bands that even if you try to avoid them, you know all the words to their songs, and you don't know why."
Another album?!
They were amazing at The Fav last year.
SO LOUD.
