was a thorough disappointment. I fall into Team Dulli. Saturnalia had the dark gravitas going on but live, the show has none of the uplift, humour, sassyness or swagger of a twilight singers show. Lanegan's intensity isn't watchable after more than two songs and it clearly pulls Dulli back from the lighter moments that makes his shows an event. The songs just sounded bloated. Even though the collaboration looks great on paper, I'm now convinced it doesn't bring out the best in either of them...
