I wish I had gone
so so much
I have only just started listening to
The Jesus Lizard this week after my housemate got super excited that they are reforming for ATP and I have to say I'm pissed off that I haven't discovered them sooner. I think the same friend tried to lend me one of their albums years ago when I used to love metal and I dismissed it and it was always at the back of my head that I didn't like them so shouldn't bother taking any notice of them, how wrong I was.
Crystal Antlers are fucking ace
me and my housemate have been digging them for ages. Have already got tickets for their gig with Lucky Dragons next year, I can't wait.
Yeah, they're pretty fucking
great. Annoyingly missed them when the supported Liars but will make up for that by seeing them two days in a row this week. Free Gigs FTW!
The guy from TV on the Radio in the fifth
picture down looks like Eddie Murphy. I though that the Friday of C&G was a complete wash-out due to the queue to Cargo being about a thousand miles long by the time I arrived. There wasn't a single other band I wanted to see, although I did catch a few minutes of Selfish Cunt's awful dirge, so spent the night bar-hopping. So glad I won, rather than paid for, my ticket.
I won mine as well
I don't even like TV on the Radio that much but I'll go along early and check out. I hear they're good live so should be worth a look in.
Oh Yeah
I was listening to there other album earlier and wondering when this was coming out. I wonder no more.
someone please let
me stay in their chalet. I have the money for a ticket but none of my friends can afford it/are pussy's and don't want to come.
You've made
Roland cry.
I really need
to see them live. I've been aware of them since the EP came out but have never managed to catch them. Hopefully the OBL gig will retify the situation.
A)
Grasshopper
yes
yes they were.
Tim Harrington threw me his microphone, I was a happy happy boy.
sexy
two HEALTH gigs in a row!
It's really
good. Although it's all build up with no real release.
UK tour dates please.
now
back to Epileptic Fighting Robots.
exactly
I read it, I knew it was in the US but when I saw Cambridge my little heart leapt, how foolish I was.
why I
oughta *shakes fist*
bastards
I clicked on this hoping Ave Vigoda would be playing in England. You've ruined my day.
I'll see them
again at ATP anyway so it's no biggie!
Why
the fuck are there no London dates?
Doseone
would be an excellent addition.
If it's anything
like KFC-Core it'll be fucking ace.
Going to see him on Saturday at Brixton Windmill. Hopefully I'll remember more of his set this time round.
Derby!
Derby Derby? DERBY?!
Worst live band I've seen
in a long time.
I saw CSS on Sunday
and they were piss poor. They don't sound like a band that have been playing/touring together for as long as they have. More like they've spent a week trying to learn the songs before going out on stage.
my friend was telling
me about this band last night. I will check it out.
this is fucking
abysmal
"it’s suddenly written large on the back of your eyeballs that maybe, just maybe, this won’t be repe
.
Man
I hope to god this wasn't there last show. Although if it was, what a way to go out.
more poppy
and in the vein of Neon Blonde
please tell
me that's a joke quote.
That's unfortunate
I can get 3 different buses home from there, choices choices.
my watch must be broken
as I distinctly remember it saying 12:05 when I left the venue. I didn't care though N8 FTW!
oh dear
oh dear dear dear
I was going to say that about the
first point. Despite it being a backhanded compliment they were very praising of British bands.
whoop!
I can't wait to see them.
I found out what an Oxford Comma
is the other day. I don't think I give a fuck about it.
I saw this band support Minus The Bear once
they were shit!
I think you should be
buying me a drink, I have to go alone as all my friends are slow losers.
so
I'm seeing Why? two days in a row now, sweet.
they're awesome
Saw them at ATP last year and had to pick my jaw up off the floor several times
step into the light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light light etc
as will I
I had a Oneida retrospective the other day and was wondering when they'd have a new album out, this answers my question.
Another questin, how do you pronounce their name? I pronounce it one-eye-dar because I read an interview with one of them and that's how they said it was pronounced but other people seem to call them on-eye-dar. Doesn't make much difference, but still.

The past is a grotesque animal
got tickets months
ago, can't wait for this
