newsfelch?
felching?
I'll leave now.
I think this song is fantastic
They sound nothing like Maroon 5, at all.
but: PUMPKINS PUMPKINS PUMPKINS
I don't mind the chilis but they are distinctly kack now, and were only average at best after the early nineties. And razorlight are fucking shite.
ace. Late of the pier, and eagles of death metal and the shins
schweet. And if !!! are confirmed too, then yowsers.
of course he isn't a lightweight.
Fat people can DRINK.
Excellent , I should be there for the July and August dates
hope I can make the Holy Roar one too. Like THIS much.
I really really really want to see this band
But the albert hall date is:
a)expensive
b)during my exams
:(
they both clash with truck though
so its mogwai or nothing.
Can someone please buy mike a ticket for mika?
I want to see the reaction we get the next morning.
That first one looks amazing
15 quid a ticket looks like I might be going!
I think I'll go to this
BATTLES!
Bloody hell
that might just be the Uk festival line up of the year.
that's it
I'm going to Koko.
When I saw this tour
CSS wiped the floor with Klaxons. They must've suddenly realised they were being upstaged....
It's only 105 euros for a 3 day pass!
so tempted. so so tempted.
yeah, as a venue it's mediocre
But still. ISIS!
someone come to bristol with me?
I'm gonna book my ticket asap.
I just came.
Beastie Boys!!!
The last album was so gash
I'd almost forgotten they'd existed. Reckon they might pull a deftones on me and come out all super heavy?!
BLOODY BRISTOL DATE
WHERE IS IT? I want the heavy in my face.
huzzah
bristlol.
Cannot wait
YEAH!
I was uneasy about
this album. I like klaxons and have xan valleys which is great, but I feared they might not have the variety and material to make a full length album that I could listen to in my room or on the street, even though they were great live. I might have to buy it now. Along with hella.
I listened to this
I thought it was empty and heartless.. I love pretty much everything Albarn has ever done, but taking these musicians and creating something so plodding which doesn't use their talents to the fullest baffles me. Sorry Damon, but this one is a miss.
You're my hero diver
This album gets too much stick. It's beautiful, haunting and ethereal. They showed the way heading they were with compliments and plans tacked on the end of the last album, and I couldn't be gladder that they actually followed it through with a whole album. Utterly brilliant and breathtaking is my take on this.
I liked it.
a lot actually.
dammmit
I never even got to see them live! argh!
Are they all actually a clone of one bloke?
they look stupidly similar in that photo.
fucking hell
I actually have to go to that. Isis and Slint, and Modest Mouse and Pelican.
we do exist out west yno
bastards.
I want to go cause it's at gigboat
but they're so twee it makes my toes curl.
The buddyhead bit made me laugh
I'm gonna listen to feed a cat to your cobra right now.
the name makes me think they're a shins spin off
which I now know to be untrue.
I don't think its better than panopticon
yet. I always thought oceanic was way better than panopticon though, until I listened to panopticon for about a week constantly. so we shall see...
sean apparently didn't like it is what colin said earlier
I think its good, but since I got into broken social scene, I find it hard to listen to arcade fire in the same way. I hope the new album sets me on fire though.
this is my favourite section of the 66 so far
best trail of dead album, best shins album, kid a is my fave radiohead...
and icarus line, though I'm surprised you didn't go for penance soiree. I guess mono is more of an aural hand grenade though.
and the EITS and the bright eyes are both the best records they ever made in their careers.
I like zane lowe
I find his voice soothing.
Pj harvey
excellent to see her in there. But why did DiS rubbish her? who the hell is amy bell [end]? six/ten, not even close!
z is gonna have to be in there
its so good.
Penknifelove
lol at that name.
I have a copy of this already
I love promo freebies :)
It's ace. really ace.
I love that album
be-in= amazing.
I love you diver
dandy warhols. here's a prayer for come down to make the top 11.
