I love Akron/Family but....
having heard Everyone is Guilty, I'm not optimistic about this album. Desperate to see them live though!
^^ This
All the kid a's parents stuff is utter bullshit.
In my opinion Kid A is one of the most complete albums of the decade. Some of the songs on Amnesiac are better than some of the songs on Kid A but it feels disjointed compared to Kid A.
Kid A is a masterpiece, probably my favourite Radiohead album.
good review, very good album
Burial sounds is awesome
.
I love this band, I love this album. This review is just wrong!
.
Now listening for the first time and it's very rare for me to enjoy an album this much on the first listen. Fantastic!
Good album.
But certainly not easy listening! Look forward to hearing their next one which is out pretty soon I think
I've voted for 7!
Just thought I'd see what happened answer was not much!
good work JohnM
be interesting to see just how different the two lists are
.
15 Steps is one of the best things I've heard this year, fuckin fantastic
Drumming
Who said the drumming on Videotape was crap, listening for the first time now and I really like it.
Great album
but wasnt it out last year, I'm sure I read somewhere that there's a new one on the way sometime soon
I loved it from the first listen
Great album, only let down in places by some poor lyrics. One of my fav albums of the year so far though
i love this
Komad is ace
Top 25?
Can we not just have the full 25? I knew I should've voted, thought Liars would be a lot higher
Totally
agreed, gets better with each listen, lay of the land was cracking in places, this one is cracking all the way through

Its not as bad as it seems as long as you dig beneath the surface
Arcade Fire: release early on iTunes
Do not settle for the mp3's, i dloaded some fairly good mp3's, then got it on import and it just sounds ten times better, which makes it a mighty fine album!
The Broken Family Band - Welcome Home, Loser
As for magoo, theres a couple of songs from the new mini album on the website, read somewhere that their full length is out in may

I think you've made the same mistake as I did to start with...
... it's the Wave Machines playing Dot to Dot, not the Wave Pictures. I hope I'm wrong though, saw them in Cambridge last week and they were ace. Liking the new album as well.
