its off the point

but i didnt read anything about the Thames overpowering the Barrier, not did i worry about London flooding.

Closer to the topic, the Yndi Halda album is good.

i heard

that arcade fire had self confirmed or am i getting confused again?

maybe this will echo pink floyds animals tour

when Roger Waters was targetted with fans bodily fluids. You wait til Cedric releases his version of the Wall, now that would be mad.

lol. too much filler

thats the most sweeping and generally wrong comment ever.
there is no filler at all. perhaps if on the run was 6 mins long, or, if the album was drawn out onto double cd, like some of the other floyd material, then i might be able to see some truth in your statement.

why the fuck is he saying that

even the people that actually like the killers are gonna think he is a twat after that.

...to *see* many more *from*...

it

looks pretty good to me, theres maybe 5/6 that i would really like to see and i guess there wouldnt be much more time to many more form what people say about the q's. I dont really know what to expect though as i havent been before. Maybe the q's were big last year cos the bands were bigger?!

i cant believe

that actually sold out so quickly. Thats bloody annoying.

Possibly

the funniest article I have read on this site.

i believe

the zodiac web site has them

i cant go so ill be really skeptical about it being good

How the hell can they perform in Rough Trade. These isnt room for four people in there, let alone with the beardage.

Re: Mastodon on the march throughout December

Seetickets appears to have tickets available for most of the dates. I wonder how popular they will be. Anyone know if their last tour sold out quick?

DiS Stage at Wireless Full Line-up & Times

Who are the 747's and Boy Kill Boy, gotta choose between them. Apparently the latter supported the La's recently but i didnt really hear any good or bad reports bout them

Wish You Were Here? Pink Floyd reform for Live 8

how the hell can they decide that so late on

Re: ATP December details: The Mars Volta bring the

Cinematic Orchestra are indeed insanely good live, especially if you like interminable drum solos, which i do.

Re: A Silver Mount Zion - "We refused the invitati

Think it should say who wrote that poem thing on Born into Trouble.. in the CD somewhere. Dont have it to hand though.

Jordan - You got Horses? When i saw Ring them bells live i thought id buy it as soon as it was out. Ended up up downloading that track though, and its not nearly up to my expectations. Think its worth splashing out on?

Re: A Silver Mount Zion - "We refused the invitati

Yeah i saw em then. Twas really good, possibly my favourite gig ever.
I like the Lightning Paw ep quite alot. The opening instrumental is pretty good, maybe lacks longevity though i suppose. And over time i have grown fond of Microphones and the slow march of the title track. But its the cracking last track that makes the album.
I suppose the problem with Lightning Paw is that it lacks that complete album playthrough quality thing (want of better words) that other releases have. Its a bundle of good songs that stand well on their own but dont really come together to form some incredible album that you sit down and listern to in one go. But hey its an ep.
