..especially the bit about cover art. Their album covers are rarely nice to look at, MPP was an anomaly in that respect.

As I said, I only had limited time to listen to the record. I didn't have as much time as I would've liked but I certainly didn't rush this review. I had made extensive notes and thought long and hard about the rating. 7 is quite a common rating and so I understand if it looks like I just slapped it on, but I can assure you I didn't
This is a complex record, and as I said it may grow on me further. Please bear in mind that a 7 doesn't mean I disliked it. 7 is good! But I've listened to a lot of albums this year and this isn't up there with my favourites.

Hey Lilo. If I'm being honest, I had trouble downloading my review copy and so only had a couple of days to listen to it! Very hard to form a concrete opinion on a record in that space of time as I'm sure you know, and it certainly seemed like a grower. However, I listened to it as thoroughly as I could and 7/10 seemed fair, I liked it but it didn't quite 'wow' me.

This was my first DiS review so I appreciate the feedback =) Always good to hear other people's thoughts!
