So it is...
Has anyone thought that, if it is legit, they might be giving the album away for free?
the website
now appears to be down... or at least not working... so I'd stay in bed tomorrow if I was you.
I think the problem
with this piece is that it starts by saying "pop music is great, it shouldn't be frowned upon for being popular etc etc" and then, at the end, asks for which "arty pop acts" you'd like to see. Why do they have to be arty? Why can't they just be pop?
You make that sound
Like a bad thing ;-)
I actually
rather liked this...
I was disappointed with them at ATP
The set was far too loud and I couldn't pick up all the delicate stuff they had going on. I need to listen to the album as I thought the ideas were there, I just couldn't hear them.
I liked it...
Thought it was more consistent than the Klaxons album. Problem is, LCD Soundsystem have cornered the market for indie-disco-pop for this year.
It's a great track, sure
But do you not think the production is a little over the top? I've seen him live a fare few times now and love his approach, this just doesn't feel right to me...
It's been ruined...
By the god awful over-production...
Nice....
Listening to the two tracks on their myspace, there's some serious riffage on the second track... nice...
This is a lovely song
I may even stretch to say it's the most beautiful song of the year so far... Ahhhh, to be young and in love...
Saw her last night
Support Tilly and the Wall in Cambridge and she blew them away. She has such a great voice and the lyrics are really good, very personal and open.
Not reall much of a tour
Around the UK is it though, to be fair...
Two in Scotland and the rest in Northern England / Midlands.
How about the South, West and East of England and maybe a cheeky stop off in Wales on the way home?
But...
If you don't have MTV2, it'll be a chance for all the rest of us to watch 'em...
Nah...
You sound alright - little worried that those naked photos of yourself will get leaked though...
The picture...
Is out of focus and making me eyes go all funny...
Nice show though!
My Morning Jacket pull London shows
V2005: Stage Times
The only stage that would hold me attention there is the Carling stage... Fucking Kasabian headlining... almost as bad as Oasis.
V2005: Stage Times
Tom Vek, Sonic Youth, M83, The Frames, KT Tunstall, SFA, Doves, Idlewild... then laugh at the people singing along to Joss Stone and Rooster...

Yeah...
they don't have a label, so they could do something akin to Stars and just get it out there. I guess we'll find out tomorrow morning!
