Kanye West made his mother a central part of his music and obviously his life story. Now she's gone he must be devestated. I feel really sad for him.

Ummmmm... where do you think words come from? People. English has many words for mixed race, as I imagine does French, Italian, Spanish and Chinese etc.

Its not just Kanye West who is using this term but probably millions of people.

I also don't think that saying 'mutts' are attractive means thats they are only good for their looks. Just like me saying Irish people are attractive means they are only aesthetically pleasing.

Why do identifying people as a race boil them down to one characteristic. Its the politically correctness problem where I'm trying to describe a black person in a group of white people i have to find a million different other things to say about them.

Black people are black. White people are white. Saying that doesn't mean it begins and ends there. Kanye West finds mixed raced girls attractive. If this was about girls with glasses we would not be having this conversation. Race makes everything hypersensitive. Its mental.

I think Kanye is definately a misogynist but thats very much the culture he exists in, and for the Hip Hop scene he's remarkably less misogynistic than most of the popular ones.

There's nothing wrong with what he says. He likes mixed race girls, he thinks they're hot, they go in his videos, they're called mutts by some people, he uses that term.

I don't get the controversy.
