all being well smashing pumpkins will be over sometime next year, so that would be just awesome. though it would make tickets rarer than gold dust, more so.
led zeppelin are touring the US next year as well apparently.

art brut were a definite highlight though the spanish are annoying in their 'dont touch me' attitude. very difficult when everyone's going mental. placebo - what a complete disappointment, they started playin a similar set at leeds, but saved themselves by playing a few songs we'd actually heard of towards the end. the walkmen were awesome too, new album sounding good. all in all, yay for festival's with guaranteed sun! and how cool were those fan/water spray things?? me wants.

long blondes were as awesome as ever, though putting them on in the social was a bit stupid, way too small.

im used to the disgusted looks and gasps of horror by now, but i stand by my conclusion that mars volta are simply better than atd-i. an amazing live experience as well.
