i agree edinburgh has decent places for gigs such as liquid rooms and corn exchange, we have had good bands like nirvana BRMC and the darkness play edinburgh, we need more of them to come though

i think the linkin park review is so true, they will vanish quickly and all there songs do sound the same. many of the linkin park songs are 14 year olds with no sense of good music, or any sense of other kinds of rock. nu-metal is just phase that will hopefully disapear for a very long time.
