When was it not cool to listen to Zep? And when did Homme become a pop musician?

I really like this album, maybe due to Homme. But I like that they are getting away from the Brit Pop and going to the darker side! I think an 8 is in order for this one.

Listen to it at least 10 times through now, and say that Random Spirit was slightly better. Still this album kicks and should be top ten of the year.

Also I read an interview with the guitarist and he was saying how SK is fed up with writing whole albums and wants to just release singles and E.P's because of songs like "Idiot Heart" being formed so long before they get into the studio.

Listened to it a good 10 times through now and should be an 8/10. The build in "Since we've been wrong" is zep'esk; Copernicus is pure sonic joy; and the Luciforms, the closer, is excellent.

Maybe it's that they care more about their music than other bands. That is like criticizing Barack Obama for being too smart!

closed minded and generally have no ability to expand beyond the shallow hipster culture. TMV is the best thing since Tool and before them the ZEP

i want to see them so bad when they come to chi town

so many people are willing to rip an album after listening to it once. this is definitly a album that takes 5 or 6 good listens through to get it.

voice and all, he did help write on of the best albums of the 1990's in mellon collie
