yes,
white people feeling sorry for black people is getting a wee bit old.
what would
morrissey say?
except
this re-recorded version is complete wank
isn't it
'hospital beds'?
poor oxfam
'net porn is like heroin. imagine if pete doherty was just prone to the odd hand shangy
especially
if it's got rolo tomassi on it!
i think
the horrors should only release mini-albums, or something, with 6 brand new songs on them, instead of putting old singles on. i think it would tie in with their kitsch disposability better. they certainly aren't a band with much longevity behind them, anyway, and i think a second horrors album would be such a bad idea.
imagine
no one turned up?
lily allen has an awesome wit
but what does sov care, anyway? does she not have the ear of jay-z these days? and jay-z is, like, thirty million times more famous than keith allen.
they are fucking great
and this is a brilliant idea to raise money. "dulok aid"!
hahaha
that's genius
NOOOOOOOOO!
even more gutted now
but that Mika article gave me pleasure.
so shut up, May. you were irrelevant then. you are even more so now. get a haircut.
The Enemy?
more like The NME. yeah, I went there. I went there, took some pictures and came back.
i said to my friend
"if franz ferdinand don't release - or at least record - an album this year, they'll probably split"
then i read alex kapranos saying "i'll be producing the cribs' album this year. franz ferdinand will probably do something in 2008" or something equally as boring.
they probably won't split up at all.
my chemical romance
anyone?
what a tit i am
when i saw 'mason' i immediately thought "willy mason's at number 3!? ace!"
but my sister informs me its some hot shit of the moment dance record.
rubbish.
nope
she's still 16. born on december 20th, 1990. according to wikipedia.
but
pagoda are actually quite good. and he has a nice looking willy.
so swings and swings, i reckon.
one time
i had this dream that the band slint were actually no more because they were travelling in their van and it careened off a cliff, killing them all. i went through my life thinking "christ, they're dead". then they went and reformed. and i had to re-evaluate my entire life.
it didn't take that long to be honest.
amazing album
probably one of my favourites, ever, now. certainly one of my favourites from 2k6. one of those albums were my opinion of the best song changes every time i listen to it.
aye. well done, brand new.
is "piss off grandad"
the sequel to "grandma, we love you"?
he was rolf harris
and he sang "two little boys"
that would be
jarvis
im with jarvis on this.
never liked albarn though. always thought he was a prat. coxon was my favourite blur
me too
but i dont mind, cause patrick is a genius too
either
mastodon, or the knife, or cat power, or yeah yeah yeahs, or joanna newsom for me.
although, i am being swayed by final fantasy, despite not hearing a crotchet of his music, merely for the album title "he poos clouds". speaks to me.
i like this band.
i saw them supporting giant drag one time. my friend thought the keyboardist was eyeing her up and shouted over their wonderful racket "DO YOU RECKON SHE'S A DYKE!?"
unfortunately, they stopped the song at the same second my friend shouted out "DYKE!?".
good times. srsly.
that would
actually be brilliant. i reckon.
but the name 'risico' sounds like a porno. bond's shite these days.
best
band name ever
gutting.
micah was the coolest drumming keyboardist ever. and a very gentlemanly dude too.
oh well. i hope giant drag just get better and better then.
Robbie is rich. Is fat (or was)
So that means he just has to die.
That should be along anytime soon!
The Others.
though I do love MBV
i don't know why they got the 'godlike genius' award
'blue monday' was a good song, but after hearing it about a million times, it gets boring.
they were great as joy division, but that's it.
this has got to be the funniest thing liam gallagher has ever said or will say
just the bit about bumming lennon though.
i'd bum lenin, personally
why does this not
surprise me?
I think this proves
that Lily Allen really is one of the coolest girl's ever
perhaps
she meant to say "in one year, minus twenty-two days, i'll be eighteen"
but i doubt it
she is, after all, obsessed with him
that can't be right.
i've always made fun of lesbians.
i've always made fun of fatties.
so how can a fat lesbian (an absolute field day of joking in my eyes) be the coolest person in the world?
just kidding. i like the gossip.
at least it's not doherty or turner who's number one.
i like 'fat children'
i can imagine jarvis doing that kick-dance thingy he did back in the pulp days all the way through it
or well, that's what i do in my room
this song is really boring.
it doesn't do anything for me. just kind of drifts along.
at first, when i saw the name 'the good, the bad & the queen' and saw the name 'herculean', i thought it was going to be some brilliant punk rock in the form of a western. except really british.
then when i read the reviews, it came on like it sounded like keane with an afro-beat drummer. basically, that's what i've just listened to on their myspace page.
paul mcpike is
an american idiot. had to say it.
hope no one said it before me.
and i hope he's american.
that
sounds fucking hilarious
this is ridiculous
that's pretty much the only words i can sum up just now.
such an outrage
when i heard they mixed hardcore and trance
i was hoping they would do stuff like the prodigy's 'no good' with death metal growling, instead of the high pitched singing. but, sadly no. they're just a shite hardcore band with a keyboard
Eh?
Only 9!? Okay, that's excellent, but y'know...
Blood Red Shoeses are perfect-o anyway
Maybe he was sacked
on the grounds of being fat?
I think they should've sacked the drummer as well then, since he's a weird hybrid of Jack White and Sigourney Weaver. Actually, I haven't decided if that's a good thing, or a bad thing...
This song is...
...fantastic in everyway. Especially when Jemina sings "It's all cool, yo".

because
