...it's really grown on me, nice record IMO. 7/10 about right, this is why we fight is a classic decemberists track.

He told the audience in Dublin that Marz was a sweet shop he went to as a child. When he returned home many years later the shop was still there unchanged with the same woman working behind the counter. She presented him with an original shop menu from the 50's from which he extracted all the lyrics for the song.
