what he said
at summer sundae? are you sure?
indeed it is. out at the end of jan on 10" and cd. streaming on our myspace page now
Sorry bout Birmingham - we've been twice, once a guitar was stolen and the other time the promoter didn't show up and the venue was closed. it'll happen one day though. Come to Leicester instead
x2 i believe. fuck yeah!
sex. calla single in january and new album for the tour too
...to dis selected bands as well for this? is that still happening?
this is fucking balls.i've been waiting for this for ages. and i'm away on tour during that.
and an amazing night that nat runs. he's always very accomodating and approachable
steve martin is indeed a legend. hilarious guy. i love the bit in wild and crazy guy where someone tries to heckle him, to which he replies, "i remember my first beer too". the timing is great
looking forward to it muchly!
sort the label link out!
was lucky enough to play with an emergency some years back with a quite old version of my band. we were shit, they shredded faces. bought record, loved them very dearly
we'll play a longer set that night. and the packhorse is more intimate
nice one Dom
score! they're good guys. i love them
this is great. christ i'm going to be skint this month. just bought vinyl copies of memory drawings by the drift and a bunch of mono lp's. a guess the cat can go without eating for a while
well spotted, i completely missed that
sorry, logged in under my mates username by accident. we'll (her name is calla) be supporting at the social gig
great live band! incredible drinkers too
can you imagine how hilarious it would be if it became an unsigned band competition to write the Bond theme each time a new film came out. Christ there'd be some shit. "Okay everyone, we've had 14 million entrants this year and it two weeks we've narrowed all this down to one lucky winner. This years winner is James Bondage and the PPK's"
there's a hnic/glissando tour in july. if we can do an oxford date we will. would be nice to come back again
i recorded this. it was the highpoint of my life. Now that i've peaked i have nothing more to offer. bye
that just made me laugh so much i spat my coffee out in the teachers lounge. funny looks all round! she is incredibly lovely though
they really dedicated a song to the baby squad?! man, they are horrible, horrible people. I've had the misfortune of witnessing a few of their fights and brawls in bars around leicester.
the leicester square gig has been moved to de montfort uni now. it's still free entry and on the same night. and this et al are on the bill too! good times!
sorry dude. they went real quick. come and say hello at the trash gig though
we, her name is calla, are supporting at the king tuts and moshulu dates. true story
I think he's not only the ugliest person I've seen in a very long time, but incredibly misguided- to the point where he's actually trying to outdo himself daily in his quest to be the worlds biggest tool. He's certainly giving Heather "I'm a mentalist" Mills a run for her money.
And his band really are turd. My god he's a hyprocrite. The fucking retard has probably never even had a paper round, let alone a regular job. I doubt he could survive a regular working day. He'd probably cry little rat tears
we, Her name is calla, are supporting them at the glasgow and aberdeen dates. it's gonna be so much fun!
i concur with oyur concurence
my note makes no sense
there's going to balls flying all over the place
i would love for us to do a gig with emmy the great at some point. those singles are just great
i think my fav is actually public relationship advisor. if i were in the band, i would fight for a name change to this. yo tiernan, next fri could be good times, no?
good stuff on this Dom. Do people still enter comps then? I'm pretty sure i said that calla wasn't a she or a he in the last question. otherwise it looks like i may have lied to your face. i probably did lie. you can pipe down as well jordan, or i'll start spreading rumours about what that 229_2 stands for
that's me with a beard dude
i concur = good.
top lads too
awesome band both live and on record. and i can confirm that they do cook a great breakfast
i'm there at the leeds one!! vessels and efterklang. yay motherfucker!
who the fuck are slaves to gravity?
wicked artwork, this single is gonna be ace!
balls! another quality band gone!
you can buy it from the myspace site, the gizeh records website. at any gig, and soon in independent stores as cargo are now about to distribute it. should be available on itunes and napster etc soon as well. hope that helps
i watched him play in leicester a few weeks back with his band. he played to about 20 people. it was a shocking turn out, but i suppose it was leicester! he was great but obviously pissed off at the size of the crowd
hey jordan, we're playing with glissando tonight so will sort rich out
the luminaire date is on the 26th july. not the 28th
launch gig for this is next tuesday at the firebug in leicester
