I'm similarly

waiting to lie in the dark with it on and fully immerse myself in it. Have to be honest I didn't love it on first listen like I did with every other BN record. Still, looking forward to seeing it live...

Excellent!

Thanks for this. Nice to see BN getting some more recognition. I hear a rumour they have an NME cover coming up (?!)

Not a bad song on it

My album of last year, without question. Agreed with the "Why no You Won't Know" namecheck. Only song that doesn't massively float my boat is Archers. But still - stunning. Roll on the Feb dates :)

Presale

tomorrow, full sale Friday.

Both London dates for me, hopefully, even though I'm completely broke - who knows when they'll be back? (And the new stuff sounds good and I think will be worth hearing twice!)

Really?

I thought that gig was brilliant! I was sampling some new BZP pill that night though, may have had something to do with it...

Agreed

Shite title, but the new songs sound good. And angry. European tour in Jan/Feb too btw

...

"Jesse almost doesn't need the rest of the band, to be honest. Very impressive."

Apart from Vin throwing his guitar in the air, the rest of the band might as well have been a backing group for all the interaction they attempted with the crowd. Very odd behaviour. The random 5th guy that played guitar for a couple of songs put more effot in than the rest of them...Disappointing.

But only a tiny niggle in what was an absolutely stunning gig. I'd waited SO long to see BN live and they certainly didn't disappoint. Better sound would've been nice, but the crowd more than made up for it - most attentive, up for it audience I've seen at a London gig in...Christ knows, an awfully long time...

Bring on Nov 21st and the Spring tour!!

Agreed!

CODY is my favourite too - Happy songs was a disappointment...Looks like this one might be too

Sons And Daughters do instores; release The Repuls

Yes

Saw them supporting Idlewild and thought they were great!
