Mystery Jets
Black Keys
Portishead

does anyone here
actually like having stuff thrown at them? i'd be pissed off too. The kid did it because he thought he could get away with it. He didn't.
i think this
is pretty catchy, may be a bit obvious, but it could do well on the radio.
good video and nice touch with the channel Dave drumskin too
indeed
it seemed like everyone had arrived by weds night last year, in prev years that happened on the thursday...
I'm starting to think that the wankers might avoid it this year so it might actually be good. Not £160+ good though. Although i wouldnt go to a festival specifically to see the headliners, they are a big part of the face value of the ticket, whether i eventually choose to see them or not.
this man^
has no soul.
diamond hoo haa's not great - one album out of six ain't bad though. i've grown up with these guys and have always defended them like my own
it's
grown on me already. looking forward to the album now
daaaaaaaaaaamit
i blame my father
awesome
cgi
oh well
Change one note in Dani California and put it out as the next single. That should cover any loss.
Ross on Wye
Reading Festival

No, just Bobbins.
With a capital B.

Cambridge

But
The Ponys are awesome!
week days
i don't think ive been to a gig this year that hasn't been on a week day. stupid working for a living.
FFS
dammit
^
its fucking awful
Prob
the most radio-friendly single they have produced.
It's no Catch Hell Blues.
i trust this is
mostly accurate. could have done without the midnite vultures diss though, i loved Funky Beck. What's with the stupid pen name?
agreed
that advert is balls
whyohwhyohwhy
This guy is full of opinions isn't he. I must say i love being talked down to by an teenager who thinks Britain is shit (no, its just you are from Coventry) and who claims to have grafted to get where he is because he once had to clean the toilets in a shoe shop. Now the bitter little hobbit fuck is realising that he has no credibility because he couldn't look further than the magazine on his bedroom floor for his band's name and venture further than his older brother's oasis and kasabian CDs for inspiration.
Please go away Tom.
Pedant
.
Yay - i think
Seems to me that having visited all of the above stores they were all decent stores (only Tottenham Court Road is missing from the list). Cambridge is a bit rubbish in comparison but it's my local so I ain't complaining.
I'm pretty sure fopp's competitive pricing brought down the cost of CDs in the HMV. I hope they don't conspire to ensure an increase from now on. More than £10 for an album is criminal I tell yous.
a must
it's excellent.
Shame
...this is only one of about two memorable tunes on the album.
Disappointing
The quality of this year's dot to dot review ain't so hot either. Two reviews of the same bands? Same opinions expressed in each? AND you went home early? Datarock at rescue rooms was the highlight of the festival! Too bad at least one of you couldn't hung around to watch.
eh?
What the hell is wrong with you? Thump by name, thumper by nature, this is a corker. And after the LCD slating the other day, i'm thinking of blaming you in the suicide note.
bit pointless
...yeah, we all read DiS because we like chart rubbish... honestly, what a waste of time for you to write this and me to read it. Were you feeling particularly hate-filled today? Do we need another article about how shit a chart song is? Isn't it obvious for all to hear?
I suspect that you were all trying to out-do each other for adjectives to describe how abhorrent this is...

yup
I've had horchata in valencia, it's made from tigernuts and looks a bit like milk. you can dip long straight donuts called fartons in it. as for the song, i quite like it.
