Balanced review
Although I thought it was worth more like an 8.
I agree that the second half of the album' not as exciting as the first, but I've found All Over the Town and To be Forgotten are growers.
Wasn't this already reviewed in 2007?
When it got 6/10?

Good review but...
The Ugly Organ was a solid 10/10 for me and having heard it I don't think this is nine tenths as good! It's probably more a 7-and-a-half for me, a bit better than Happy Hollow but not as good as Burst and Bloom or The Ugly Organ.

Not enjoying this as much as Teen Dream so far - although I'm only a couple of listens in.
In fact, it seems like a collection of tracks they'd rejected from Teen Dream.
I would have given it a 6 based on early impressions.
