Someone asked if there is a player that doesn't leave a gap in between tracks. Well is there? I don't know enough about this stuff. Was this intentionally left unanswered because this is what pisses all you digital people off?

I can't take this guy's voice. Just seems like a complete copyist of Mark E Smith, and for the record I very much like The Fall. To my knowledge, no one has even mentioned this. The music that the band makes with their instruments doesn't sound too bad though I suppose.
This is a lot like me and Seinfeld. I am aware that it's a funny show, but I can't stand the horrible bass guitar interludes. They make me want to kill.

I recorded the show a few weeks back with Mono in session. Didn't get round to listening to it until this evening, so it hasn't sunk in just yet that we won't be hearing any more shows. I think I started to take it for granted that there was someone playing "music" on the radio. Someone who seemed like a friend even though I'd never met him. Thankyou John for all the years of great music. Rest in peace.

I remember when I first heard the music of Clinic
My little mind was blown, and for a while afterwards I couldn't seem to record my own music without sounding like a poor man's version of them. Sorted it out now though, along with many other musical fixations. I think it's important to digest your influences properly before puking them back up again as your own thing. Not to say that Suuns are bad, I've just never heard a band borrow quite so heavily from another band's aesthetic as this. Jeez Louise, I hate agreeing with pitchfork. On the positive side, I have to listen to Internal Wrangler now.
