wow!
what an album. packed full of ideas & twists & turns in the music.
My favourite band!
incredible song!
the build up then explosion of this song is great, so much energy with all the foot stamping and strings and shouting!
The album is OK .i reckon their next album could be killer though.
I'll definately keep my eye on this band.
this album is great
A pop Les Savy Fav is a flipping good thing to be!
anthemic, twisting, punky, loud, pop.
Fractured Skies
...is Incredible!
definately one of my songs of the year. Such energy and when the horns come in it takes it to 11 :)
the album is on its way...
dismememberment rules!
They were great, tight&inventive pop songs!
I recommend change and emergency&i too.
pity no uk shows.
Melvins rule!!
They were amazing at ATP. Heavy, interesting riffs. Powerful voices/harmonies.
The two drummers really thought out their parts rather than trading silly drum solos all the time. Great synchronised/tight beats.

Subtle
Tough choice between Subtle and Mastodon. But Subtle album just edged it out for me for being jaw droppingly original/mind blowing
a-bloody-mazing gig
One of the best gigs evah.
Dose's raps were superb. A great showman with a well thought out, inventive performance.
and the plastic forks! wtf!
Great drumming and great live drum machine stuff from jel. Cello, flutes, saxs. They are the best hip-hop band around!
(and the albums amazing)
wow, that was a lot of superlatives....
ps culprit one were awful! 90's silly "atmospheric" synths, bad raps.
in the morning...
is such an ace track. great pop sheen, harmonies and crunchy bass line.
i for one am looking forward to hearing this album. read some groovy reviews elsewhere (such as almostcool.org)
great show!
For all the people moaning about it, i thought it was fantastic.
Great venue! especially when he explained about trying to take the music away from the (Carling-like) commercial venues which i absolutely agree with and wish more bands would try to do. (congrats goes to upset the rhythm too!)
whens the last time you sang along at a gig, it was fun!
plus the venue lended a lovely reverb sound to the baritone, drums and all our voices.
