I have listened to the whole album 3 times now... its great having friends with promos.

Ok to set things straight.

There is not one flaw in this album.

It has a healthy quota of album tracks as well as singles. This is important because I find that singles can be rather throwaway as they are aimed at everyone, however album tracks often end up as cherished favourites because they grow and bloom over time, like strange iridescent creeping Martian weed.

I can see at least two more tracks from this album appearing in the charts easily.

The lyrics are amazing. Even if they are mainly inspired by a certain genre of writers.

The production is excellent. The right mix between the powerful and the subtle.

As for the issue with the four horsemen track: It's necessary. I love that track because it appeals to my influence greatly. If it’s not your bag it doesn't mean its rubbish. It just means it's different from what you'd expect... which is a good thing.

The cover of "It's not over yet" is a brilliant cover... but try to remember... it's not the original track so try not to compare it. It's a very rare thing to find artists producing covers that are in fact better than the originals in any context. However this version does great justice to the album and deserves respect.

Ha.

Enjoy your queue on Monday in HMV... it is worth it trust me.

i dunno eh

... oh... the irony was lost on you then?

LOL you all don't have a clue and are suckered by all that indie rock sh*t

Klaxons are awesome, this song in particular is really a seeder to get on radio more. Its good but it shows the promise of much more... but trust me... it will haunt your dreams with its immense catchy ooo section. The Klaxons have a great euphoric vibe, unlike any of the other bands that they have been compared to.

In my honest opinion, for me... a grunge freak, its like all the music on the other side of the 90's fence that i never got into because there were way too many muppets clouding the scene... all turned on its head and played live on guitars and drums! Still keeping that odd ravers vibe though.

In truth I can easily say that the Klaxons are gonna be the next big big thing.

Its sad to say this but... they are the best thing I've heard since Nirvana. I know the genre gap is uncomparable but given the New Rave scene and these boys are gonna own it.

Chew on it. Stay wrong.
