I really wanted to go to this gig, I'm glad it was good. I need to get my hands on their albums. Time to compile the Xmas Wishlist I think..

I saw him support Merz, had no idea who he was and sat next to a girl who was also called Yasmin who was there to see him, and was so damn impressed with his set that I got both his albums online when I got home and was a little bemused to have to acknowledge that i enjoyed his set a tad more than the man I was there to see < blush>

Jacob Golden has a beautiful voice. Though the song about the kids being starving which he did on Jools Holland's show is a bit of a strange one. I think he has better stuff on his record..

I was really excited when I saw this, and would dearly love to see Sigur Ros, and loved Bjork when she was a sugarcube, and have always wanted to check out Iceland

But it clashes with My Bloody Valentine.
