Gutted about the Summer Sundae
but at least it is a valid reason.
I'm upset
Seems lots of bands I like are spliting this year. Help She Can't Swim, Cutting Pink With Knives, Mother & The Addicts. Bye bye all you fun party time bands.
Who banned photographers?
Mars Volta? If so HA! I was right at the front and got some brilliant footage and photos when Cedric came off stage and over to where I was standing. I stroked his arm too and I can report that he smelt very good!
Howling Bells were amazing
her voice was even better than I thought it would be live. Wished they had played more of the album, but the new songs were instantly great.
Travelling to the Big Chill in a small 2 seater sports car
was my worst, but only because the vehicle was too small. We had to have the roof down to fit everything in and then things were falling out as were drove as they weren't secured down, the drivers sleeping bag ended up on the road. We left lots of our stuff at the festival coming back. We looked cool though.
^ I agree
It's just great fun, no revolutions, but a dancefloor destroyer. 9 out of 10.
a)
Glasto
I'm not expecting much from this
would be nice to be surprised though.
At least a 7
probably an 8 out of 10 for me.
I'm really glad that I didn't read this review before buying the album
because I got it last week and have had a lot of fun with it. It has exceeded my expectations and deserves better than to be written off as an album of unoriginal songs made by bratty kids. I really like enjoy her voice, that and the violin are two of the main reasons why I like it.
Agreed
It just keeps getting better. The only problem is going to be bands you like clashing at this rate.
Is that all we're being told tonight?
I want more names! Well pleased with Interpol.
Yay!
There'll hopefully be some festival dates too.
