And this combination of album art, song titles and painful lyrics is sending me into a spiral of self-loathing.
Hah
Kim Deal doing a Randy Jackson impression. Now I want Malkmus to say that the Breeders are "ghastly" and that "you could find performances like theirs on Amateur Night in countless bars across America".
:(
The Hyde Park show was probably my favourite show ever but I don't think I'll be able to afford this. Sucks.

I'm an idiot so it took me a second, but nice headline.

Halfway into my first listen of 'Lungs of Punk' I wasn't so sure, but I've barely been able to stop listening to it since. It's fantastic. And somehow - even though it struck me as different at first - it's still sooooo Jetplane Landing. And that's a great credit to them, that they can retain their sonic identity even when they're attacking different styles. Rad.
I love this band and I'm very much looking forward to the new record.

My name is Weezerphile and my love for that band defies all reason and logic, but 13?!?! For 'Hurley'? Wow. And ahead of 'My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy', no less? Amazing. The two albums are from absolutely different worlds in terms of quality.
