Looking forward to hearing this
as it's currently downloading.
I cannot wait for the new album, whilst his first solo was quite hit and miss I know he still has another 10/10 album within him. Anything close to the heights of Under The Western Freeway or Sophtware Slump and I'll be ecstatic.
I agree with the reviewer on that line
It is truly awful and cringeworthy and it puts me off the entire song whenever I listen to it.
oh
how non controversial.
I bought tickets for this gig
Then found out they were going for £100 each on ebay. Am I morally wrong? Probably.
18+ in London.
Makes me a sad, sad person :(. Honestly sounds like one of the best gigs this year.
OMG
I may get to see New Age live. FUCK ME!
In other news... I am excited by the tour x1000!
DIS why did you call him smug when he said this to NME.com
"None of us, except Kevin (Snow, drummer), felt it," they explained. "I saw the photographer make a startled face, and thought, 'Lady, it's a good tune, but really'. I was embarrassed by my smugness when we were told that there was an earthquake."
Well done DIS for skewing a shit band to make them seem even more bastardised just so users can complain about them.
WOW
He actually sounds great again, lovely stuff. I'm actually looking forward to the new album now.
I can't give a real opinion on the song yet
Every single KOL song and album takes me at least 20 listens to "get it". I've hated everything they have done at first but grown to love it over time, hopefully this single will be the same.
HOW
Did this get 8/10.
Surely a 6/10 is what it deserved, really not a good album at all and hugely dissapointing compared to C/R.
I want to see them in London
but I have no idea where to get tickets for their gigs... it's really confusing.
I really like these
I still haven't got the album yet though :(.
Why
no London. I might of actually gone if the new stuff does not make me want to hang my head in shame like the third album did.
I really think
Foals will win, unfortunately.
Sorry I was being over the top here
This is not the worst video and song I have heard all year.
I present The Blackout Crew - Put A Donk On It;
Pro Nails
Is probably the single worst video and song I have heard all year. I mean how fucking shit can you get, what a crock of shit. People complain constantly about SFG and The Feeling type bands, why no more hate for this sort of awful R&B. Kayne has pretty much ruined himself imo as of late, from the brilliance of the first two albums to this.
The first five songs were 9/10 or 10/10 quality
It did get worse as it went on though, but I still think it is a great album based on the first half of it.
The answer is
A) Bollocks
Same I WIN!
Sold out in 3 or so minutes from looking.
Same
Will just get up early tommorow and order. If I enter two different names and use the same card would I be able to get 4 tickets instead of the limit of 2?
I'm suprised by the review
that it only got a 6. I would personally give it an 8 now, after a few listens, lovely record.
I personally
can't wait for his new album, great pop record his first one was and looking forward to him touring as well.
A) 'The Past Is A Grotesque Animal'
I thank you.
A) Glastonbury Festival
I thank you.
Download really is
shit.
I might go to the Astoria date
Sounds good even if the news is about a week old.
Yep
it's quite sad really, everyone I knew who weren't even interested in anything other than SFG's, ONO etc. loved it as well and it still didn't sell well.
I really can't understand it.
After actually listening to Red Sox Pugie a lot lately
I agree with it being single of the week. Even though the lyrics like all Foals songs are dire beyond belief.
I agree'd with Two Doors Down as well last week. Shocking how that only reached 28 though, I really was expecting top ten for such a great pop song and video.
FUCK
I was meant to go to this but everyone I was with decided they couldn't be bothered. Sounds great and I'm STILL yet to see them live.
I just looked in more detail about the festival...
It is for 5 days, so £190 is pretty much not a bad price.
Wow
I agree. Seriously, are you insane to pay that!

I spent 30 minutes writing your name.
Also desperate.
yay
again
The Kings Of Leon
Are a great band, I don't care if they are apparently radio 2 pap. They are the best headliner this year by a long way at Glastonbury and comparing them as if they are the same as all the other bands you have listed is an insult to your intelligence.
Anything remotely popular could be labeled radio 2 pap so stop generalising and creating a fucking useless ideology that all bands are superior if they are not popular or are not pop. Too much of this shit goes on in Drowned In Sound and it's become a cliche to hate everything remotely popular even though so many supposedly underground bands are fucking shite yet are labeled great.
Thats
the biggest pile of shite I've ever read on this website there balck rooster. The headline anyway.
DIS
Really has got something against for The Hives, they never try to be anymore than what they are. A great live band with fast repetitive guitar playing.
