The early demos
Definitely showed a lot of potential but the last EP was a leap forward and this song is something else altogether. Really excited to hear the album, she deserves to do really well
Will Smith
would clean up with a comeback tour of the Middle East
The video
reminds me of Daft Hands, very much a good thing!
Also,
They're apparently doing an instore at Rough Trade East on November 19th, if that pricks anyones ears up
I listened
to '2080' about twenty times in a row last night and now very much regret not taking enough notice when they played at the Social a few months ago.
Exit Music (For A Film)
is the song Vampire Weekend cover
I
like them a lot, apparently their liveshow is a bit ropey but I suppose they're still in their infancy and all that can be ironed out. 'I'm Not Going To Teach...' is far and away their best song though, nothing else I've heard can hold a candle to it
There
have been songs on the myspace for a little while now. This should be a good night, a lot of work has gone into it. Far preferable to drinking watery lager in the camden barfly watching some hairy post rock band come over all earnest through the medium of a fiddly time signature, in my opinion at least
Two cents

Great review
Mad Dogs is brilliant though, I think it's a great example of how strong and varied a songwriter Sam is
