yep, this is a pretty good record
All the songs sound so effortlessly great, it would be easy to mess up those arrangements but they've made them gel so wonderfully. There's nothing unnecessary, no bombast, just lovely songs.
do people
always play ping pong at the T bar?
Blimey.
four is a bit harsh. :(
Like the person above I have followed the band for some time, seen them live more times than I can remember and bought the early vinyl. Their songs are staggeringly catchy, joyful and touching - they certainly have pizzazz. Also like the person above I haven't heard the album so can't really comment on the production but one thing's for certain, I shall be taking myself down to the record store (if such things still exist)when its released to purchase a copy.
that
is totally ace news. Deerhoof at the Forum! sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet.
yep
The Mules are mighty.
I'd
buy it for a tenner.
I am
looking forward to the Luminaire show muchly.
this is
mighty fine news. I can see them SIX whole times. Sweet.
yes.
This is a totally sweet single.
This is good news because it will get me out of bed quicker
His voice is incredibly annoying. He speaks like everything he says is comic gold but in fact it's more like a dry flannel.
This song has an
awesome swagger to it, it's the kinda Modern Lovers swagger that all those kiddie bands with skinny jeans strive towards but know they'll never achieve.
what a
hoot!
my fav. track on this
is Pop Song. I just love the way the song just wanders off after a while into something equally as exciting.
I've heard all these tracks before but it's just nice to have it on a proper cd. Vinyl would have been better though.
