Seriously Dr Octagon
this will be the bomb.
^ agreed
the people who will really appreciate JayZ will be over 25 hip hop heads who remember Jay Z from pre-Blueprint era, like me. But I won't be going as I hate camping and festivals should be full of under 25s getting wasted on cheap drugs not middle youth Guardian readers with their Habitat bbqs and GAP camping apparel.
this would amazing
other than over half the audience won't really be bothered about seeing the Hova, or know him for anything else than Crazy in Love. Hopefully he'll play some club shows whilst in the UK.
Coxon is nothing without Blur
and I imagine he spent his whole time with them moaning like Alan Bennett about how unfulfilled he was. I think its clear who was the talent and innovator in light of his and Damons respective solo careers.
ha ha
'We can't quite work out that last comment so we're going to ignore it completely.'
You read my mind.
good news
great band, I expect it to be an excellent record, lets hope it doesn't disappoint.
Putting aside the never ending
debate of class and music for a sec. I'm no journalist but my main problem is that the article reads like a 1st year media students dissertation. Yet the article in the same OMM about great lost albums was really good.
stole
you mean influenced if anything
jeez
the Editors is exactly like their music a dull pastiche.
The Rakes should have won from a design point of view.
Battles is a brilliant sleeve too, probably what attracted me first if I'm honest.

'all your favourite stains on the pop mattress' I particularly like.
