Nah, your wrong
I really really like this album. Like others have said, its not so different that it's not Editors, but there is just enough for it to sound fresh and interesting.
At the moment 8.5/10
In the future hopefully 9.2/10
I wouldn't read to much into it
You'll find his artistic vision will miraculously return when he finds out his fort needs a new moat.
sad to see them go
Great album
I tried opening this
and it had no tracks in it. Have I done something wrong?
Great Review
Can't wait to buy it now!
.
"The record industry is only making 5% of the money it could potentially be making."
That's complete rubbish. I have many an album on my computer that I would never have bought if i couldn't download it for free. If anything, at the moment I spend more on music now than I did before downloads.
I'm sorry but he is completly right
Every song sounds exactly the same. The vocals are really good though and its brilliantly produced sound-wise.
This review is spot on
well done.
The middle is really boring and the vocals are the least passionate I have heard in a long time. It is as if they recorded them later as an after-thought. The debut is still amazing though :-)
No Lief Errikson?
Bad news. :-(
You are such a miserable cunt kev
I don't see why anyone is bothered. The charts are pretty irrelevant anyway. Its a fairly good remix and people want to listen to it. And George Sampson is clearly not abysmal.
ha
Wearing my rolex is brillient, but i'm still not sure if i'm laughing with it or at it.
Once again,
Kev Kharas = Pretentious Cunt
What
am I supposed to buy my dad for his Birthday/Christmas/Aniversary/Fathers Day?
The tracks i've heard so far have been quality
Hope this is as good as the first
headline/story
Slightly inappropriate?
I have one of the live 12 inches...
framed on my wall. Didn't realise they were going for silly money ;-)
Is R kelly actually in on this?
I thought it was taking the piss out of him and the fact every one of his songs sounds the same?
However...
'Bitch move, She moved!'
Nah
blink were good
the title
is a bit screwed up
I thought babyshambles
were super impressive from what i saw on TV. Completely unexpected
the drummer
is the nicest and fittest person I've ever met from a band. She has the most amazing eyes.
i love how this band got airplay
based entirely on the fact scott mills producer fancied the singer
i saw this in a services...
i thought it was a special nme devoted to pulp, which was strange considering it had klaxons on it
im suprised they have enough time to write songs...
considering the amount of time they must spend at there computer constatly adding me on myspace
i remember pennie having a fight in school
he was supprisingly good considering his size
i don't get how they r new rave...
but they are wikid
should b...
10/10 easy. Best song in a long long long time
this song is so bad...
it only merits one word that doesn't come out oftern
Gash
Plain Gash
what
a gimp
myspace tracks...
never buffer anyway so overall it makes no differance.
lol
i like how there myspace headline is:-
"This is what REAL music sounds like!"
LMAO!!!!
can't
wait for this.
7 piece?
as i recall from years ago the singer also played guitar. Therefore assuming theve kept the same line up ie. bass, drums 2 guitars wtf are the other 3 supposed to do?
class...
loved all that old p-rock stuff.
Secondsmile=
ACE
he's
still a good pianist, even if keane arn't up to scratch. This might be good...

I fear for this album
I sort of knew this was going to happen, especially after the shit-heap that was This Town Needs Guns. Its to much for bands of this size to write a whole album in such a short space of time without the backing to do it full time. I've said it before, but they should defiantly have included a few of the EP tracks, especially Azzarad, Night of the Pencils & Half-man, Half-amazing.
