I
quite like Lily Allen. I'd be pretty upset if she went away. I also quite fancy her.
I haven't
heard it yet. I don't want to. I'm gonna wait and buy it the day it comes out because I haven't done that with a record since I was about 16.
I like
Small Change at the moment, also bought Alice the other day which is pretty good. Not sure where to start, there is so much, and its all quite varied. I'd say Small Change, Rain Dogs and Swordfish Trombones. But choose some you like the cover of.
but instead
of turning you into a robbing toothless freak it'll turn you into a backpack-wearing, comic book reading, manga watching, girlfriend-less alt-hip hop lover.
I kind of know what you mean
When I first head Why?'s Alopecia I would have given it a ten, thinking it was incredible, but after a few months of listening to it, I would probably give it a six, it has maybe three great songs and three good songs on it, the rest has just started to REALLY annoy me.
It has got absolutely nothing on cLOUDDEAD. Nothing.
they covered
it at hoxton bar and grill when I saw them last month, very good, may have to pick this album it, what I've heard I already prefer to their first.
Where
should I start with Hack and a Hacksaw? Been meaning to get into them for awhile, haven't had the time, if I was to pick up one album what should it be?

Mix-Tape Master (109-144 points)
You are a music evangelist: the person in your network of friends who always has the coolest new song, the one whose iPod gets picked to DJ every party. You understand the art of the segue, how the key to the best mix-tape isn't just the songs you pick, but how they interlock with each other. You also know who the up-and-coming acts are and are quick to recognise where their influences lie and whether they will make it big. You work hard at the pursuit of this knowledge, scouring music blogs, magazines and record stores. Most importantly, you are generous with your passion – and your friends should be very, very grateful. Still, it’s always good to get new inspiration for your latest mix.
shite
I have never seen them live. I fucking love this band. Major bummer.
if even if
we're just dancing in the dark

Housebrick
Is excellent. Single of the week easy peasy.
Am I the only one who is not a huge fan of the new notwist single? I was expecting more and was a bit underwhelmed.
I don't get
the anger about the review, the band are SHIT, real SHIT, get over it.
ps. a review, that doesn't have the same opinion as you? Heaven no, what ever next? Get over it.

I like them, album was a bit dissapointing, but they are dead fun live.
Dunno if it'll work very well in a huge arena though?
I Can
remember saying after I had seen Foals a few times a few years ago that they were amazing, but they'll go nowhere, no one will like them and they will probably disappear real soon.
This is fucking weird. Brixton Academy? Say what?
thom yorke
idiot. plan for the future? like building a fucking big railroad through all the nice pretty countryside in the west country.
go away.
thom yorke
giant prick, and i'm not talking about his member.
I'm gonna brag

Fun
I had a really good time.
Awful Review
Everyone I know who went was completely under-whelmed and you seem have just write off the fact that ABO's set was cut in half like it's some kind of minor grievance.
This review compared to your TOTJ review is really terrible seeing as you seemed to have it in for TOTJ when it was in fact really quite good. Not very biased are you?
Isle Of Beige
That is the witty pun.
So depressing.
Who are NME's actual readership these days?
Muse? Best British Band?
MCR? Best International Artist? Makes me feel ill.
Who the fuck are 'the Twang' anyway?
What exactly makes Gerard Way a hero? Coping with going prematurely gray?
What exactly is good about the Brixton Academy?
God I could almost carry on for every award, props to Klaxons, Jamie T and the Mighty Boosh though.
Grammar.
My Chemical Romance aren't much better. Grammar young man.
Go See Them Live
I think they work better live, so much fun.
you are wrong
Everything has been 'done before' and The Pipettes really haven't been 'done before' it's a new spin on something old, if the mediocre fad is gonna be a distant next year then the Pipettes will still be around.
