Dude
You speak truth. I like.
On the subject of worst band - Hot Chip were pretty decent I thought.
Pendulum were the worst band. Fact.
Sorry but
this band is truly abysmal. DIG was good though.
Vessels
I agree.
I haven't heard the CD in question
But I think it is very important to be clear that Wintermute are far better than Foals will ever be. Fact.
Dear Ting Tings
Any album you produce no matter how abysmally turgid could be worse than the last Metallica album.

Doesn't Wu
Look like the dude out of Cowtown in that pic. Spooky!
Boony
Shoes!
I had to
stop myself just confessing undying love for Simon.
That's
quite biting sarcasm!
The Leeds show...
... also features Vessels and the awesome pAper chAse!!!
The Don't Sleep
were indeed a lovely band and good chaps to boot.
Espically that keyboard surfing lunatic
Unsurprisingly
I Concur completely with your comment!!!
What's wrong ...
.. with Ant and Dec?
Interesting ...
... use of the word "resultant"
Perhaps they meant "result"?
Or perhaps it was their arty farty interpretation of the english language.
I concur
with that!
Boo
Yaka sha!
Picture is lovely.
I don't blame Diver for pointing the camera away from Pete's face!
Interesting
record. It contains some great really exciting riffs and great music and occasionally is also incredibly cheesy...
Reasonable
point of view. Well expressed. What's everybody getting excited about?
Ace!
Vessels to support in Leeeeeeeeds!
Twenty Six Feet
Were indeed a lovely band and lovely chaps.... we in Vessels shall miss them dearly....
Great epitaph from Redcars!
Indeed...
... I agree wholeheartedly. Neurosis do possess an immense amount of subtlety - especially in their keys and electronic. It's just that Neurosis' subtleties are less obvious. Indeed, such is the nature of subtlety.
Of course Isis rock too (shame about the last album). And the sound in Koko is bollocks.
wHAT ABOUT...
kID a?
Their artwork........
was actually pre 9/11. In fact they predicted 9/11 with a picture a plane flying into a building and the words: "this plane will crash tomorrow". The albium was rleased the dauy before 9/11. Spooky.
How much time do you reckon the FBI spent investigating those prophetic words? Surely these guys must be part of a conspiracy theory somwhere...
Well why don't you
buy Kerrang and Metal Hammer and leave Drowned in Sound to deal with real music?
Go Plastic....
... is acutally one of squarephusher's poorest albums.... both this and Ultravisitor walk all over it...
Vessels!!!!
We are VESSELS not - THE VESSELS. We don't sound like a Manc indie band. If you want you can hear us on
VESSELS VESSELS VESSELS
Leeds festival is really all about Vessels....
12.00 Topman Unsigned stage Saturday!
(I'm in the band by the way but in no way biased).
Leeds plug
Anyone coming to the Leeds show with Appleseed Cast, come down early to catch Vessels...
... Should be a sweet night.
Can't wait... any DinS reviewers more than welcome!
Peace,
Martin
