what?

Remember when Animal Collective released their album Merriweather Post Pavilion in January? Or Vampire Weekend, twice?

C)

McCarthy

one of the best pop records

i've heard in years.

A Night at the Opera

all the classic Muse-songs. on one album.

stuff like this...

...is the reason, music journalism seems to have died. Remember the times when sites like these (or magazines) actually wrote comments to the songs? Now it's just "dropping a spotify playlist". That's lazy journalism for me. I can create a list as well (via iTunes).

My Modelling Career

that's the name of the Camera Obscura-Album btw.

my opinion

they got better with each album. think tank is still my favorite, but 13 is nearly as good as think tank. battery in your leg ftw!

finest Belgian band of all time?

well.. if there would be no Soulwax, Absynthe Minded and Girls In Hawaii

MGMT

is such a horrible live band.

..

should be 'for a review'

six times :D

You think listening to an album "6 times" is enough for an album?

Oh dear. I really have to stop reading these reviews.

4 days?!

The record is out for only 4 days and there's already a review for it? Damn it... I hope you give other albums more time. I'm kinda shocked.

artwork

this is not the cover of it.

like

it. very very good. except of the loudness-issues

paris

btw. is the ending on 'paris' a coincidence or does it sound exactly like 'Sun And Ice' by the field?

a surprisingly...

good record by a surprisingly good band.

bah

Flux was very very cheap "Dance Rock" for people usually like stuff like Justice, The Prodigy and The Faint and claim they're now the biggest experts in electronic music.

'Mercury' is more the "real deal". Not perfect... but they're on their way. i'm sure.

hot chip rmx

from the single of the week (heartbeat) is awesome.
