I only get a certain word count

so feel free to fill in the blanks.

I have just...

..discovered a report that it is Sultan singing on Third Ave. I bow to you.

I didn't say the Shrines aren't derivative.

I used them to show the relatively pared down approach of this record.
The research I did pointed towards Khan singing on Third Ave. but if you say otherwise I'm willing to accept that. I know that Sultan sings on a few of the tracks here.
I'm glad I gave it another chance too.

Hos about..

The Battle Of Los Glans-geles...

Got really excited

but it seems to just be This Is Our Lot you can download. A free Wild Beasts live album would be a bit too good to be true I guess.

Every night I've been to at The Lanes

has been packed. Weird.
There were some folks in there doing proper jive dancing last time.
It's also a great place to play. I kind of like the sound of people bowling during a gig...

I would also reccommend

The Lanes. The Northern Soul/Motown/Surf/Rock N Roll nights they have there are amazing.
And The Mother's Ruin. Friendly staff and awesome to play a brutally loud gig in a small space.

Girls are remarkably lovely

Saw them at Dot To Dot this year and was immediately taken.
The guitarist is also originally from Bristol too and the fact that his dad gave him a big hug at the end of their set made me like em just that little bit more.

Very excited

for this!

Was listening to Live Through This

last night.
Remembered what an amazing album it really is.
Conversely I just sold my copy of America's Sweetheart for £2 and feel like a swindler.
This can never be good. I'm convinced she's lost forever.

Cheers! Though you'll be forever remembered

as the Man Who Reformatted The Accidental Future Of Music Journalism.
I guess folks just ain't ready for it yet!

Not sure why

it came out like that.
I didn't format it like that as far as I can remember.
