Phenomenal album
need to properly listen to the follow up, did nothing to me on first few listens but needs some proper immersion!
Thats a strange fit
would like to see Cold Cave somewhere like Brixton Academy to see how they went down!
Nicolai Dunger
had Soundtrack of our Lives effectively as his backing band on an early album I belief, they prodced it too I think.
is it the same leaves who have been around since the mid-90's?
really liked them, will reinvestigate
The cutest kitten I have ever seen
is in that Dead Kids video, watch fro,m 1'25 in
I really want to see Daft Punk
Have been on my to do list for years but none of those venues really work for me if I'm being selfish.
Might eurostar it to Zenith (its basically Wembley Arena)
I love Carl Sagan too
and I actually really like this as a standalone song so everyones a winner!
Love the Low Anthem album
aside from the singles I'm not familiar with the KOL album and odn't know this Tinariwen release, all the others I think few people will regret spending a tenner on
Saw them last night
at a low key gig at the Barfly in Camden. Probably about the 7th or 8th time I've seen them and liked it the best so far. Live, Marr's guitar running through it seems to structure it all a bit better. Have always wanted them to be a bit more polished live so I'm happy with that, thats a personal thing though. Visually it doesn't look awkward really. Will give the new tracks a listen!
Support for Monday night is
An Experiment On A Bird In The Air Pump, enjoy!
B) Robert Wadlow
I know I've been thinner but make me a winner!
They were at The Dead Weather gig
so maybe for Glasto. I'm going to see them at The Hollywood Bowl in September though <bragging face>
Anyone know when this is out
Amazon says June 1st but it doesn't appear to be in your rough trades et al?
Ou est
Glad someone else other than myself recognises them as being the most dire thing they've been had the misfortune to catch live, and they are on stiff (regardless of whether its a pastiche of the former label).
Good line up for glasto this year though all things told, Coxon solo set will creep in somewhere too though non?

I was in a car accident once
wrote off another car, general carnage, no one seriously hurt but I had the album playing at deafening levels and couldn't turn it down or off whilst manouvering out of the wreckage. I have to admit it was perfect carnage music.
