I meant, Beach House are totes Bella Union in my mind...

That's all. I was shocked for a minute there!

This is, finally, a fit sequel to The Glow Pt II.

I am loving it to death.

Joyless muppet.

Can't you see past the end of your own nose? 27 new bands on here and all you can do is bellyache because I'm involved? Some music lover you are pal.

I like it.

7 amazing pop songs, a few shit ballads.
A Proper Pop Album.
7/10

GOTTA CATCH EM ALL

Lordly?

Lordy.

The next couple of the weeks are a good time for relationship threads, DiS.

I bought the tape.

For my kitchen, like. It's rad.

This sounds amazing.

KANSAS BRAINHATE

Lighten the fuck up, douchenozzle!

xxxxxx

1. Fantasy nerd's dream halloween costume crossed with Mad Max 2 vs Robin Hood

2. I didn't watch that closely
3. YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

:-S

It's not that simple.

They have sold lots of Brainlove Records.

I'll tell her ;)

We had a bunch of time...

There'll be one or two more pieces out of it. Including possibly the first hints of their post Skeletal Lamping direction...

Wakey innit.

Snot far

Gosh.

Want.

I do like to keep the public informed about Mr The IIIrd...

It's all approved by the editors so it's not a maverick unsanctioned jag attack or anything :)

It's a PUBLIC SERVICE.

Yeah.

Good shit.

This album is awesome. The fact that it wasn't at all widely reviewed is sad.

And Atlas Sound!

Fuck.

...

Max Tundra - Parallax Error Beheads You
Cats In Paris - Courtcase 2000
Keyboard Choir - Mizen Head
Fuck Buttons - Street horrrrrssssiiiiiiing
Beach House - Devotion
Simon Bookish - Everything/Everything
Parenthetical Girls - Entanglements
Marnie Stern - This is it...

This album was going into my next column thing.

It's fucking rad.

Yeah!

Talk about oddly clueless vitriol.

I will Always buy records from

Tomlab. Even though I only 'kind of' like some of their stuff. I just respect their approach, and they sometimes release 'risky' things that Need to be released. The Books! Parenthetical Girls! Patrick Wolf! Simon Bookish! etc!

Cherryade Records is great. You get sweets with your 7".

I used to follow Kitty-Yo closely, but I don't know what happened there. I like Tigertrap and White Heat stuff sometimes.

Chicks On Speed Records do good stuff. I will always keep an eye on them.

Bigger - it's a potential good sign if bands get picked up by: 4AD, Domino, Mute, Warp, Thrill Jockey, Bella, Matador...

Maybe.

Are you going to have "Richard Thrillman" on your gravestone, "wrightylew"?

It's like a virus.

A deadly pop virus that won't quit.

Saw them at ATP a few years ago.

It was their first time out of the USA. They floated around the festival wide-eyed with feathers in their hair. When they played, it felt like fresh air. I like them. Don't listen to it much though. But yeah. I'll get this if it's on eMusic...

Wot no PWL?

Mezcal Head has DUEL on it

which is one of the best songs EVAR.
