just saying that it's cool that people have patience with bands. i think they're one of the best uk bands and i want others to think the same, so if it takes time then that's the way it has to be.

you didn't like them live, you don't dig the first single, you don't like the review, yet still you want to check them out. if only more people had your patience in bands.

This album is out on Monday. Unlabel's vinyl version has been available for a few weeks. Various mixes of the album have been kicking around for a year or so but this is the definitive version.

www.victorygardenrecords.co.uk still has some copies of the Trencher CD.

honestly, montana pete are one of this country's great bands and no one knows! all their records are free as well. GENIUS.

i don't know anything about this band at all, but i've heard one of them supports brentford, so like the bluetones before them, i have to at least pretend to like them.

The Swan is the best venue in London. TT were good last night, when they were last over they played with Wolves and The Swan was the busiest it's ever been.

and unless I'm mistaken the 7" you bought was priced at a WHOPPING £2. So don't come over like the big journo martyr Mr Diver!!!

Some people say 'Hates You' is an album. it's 35 (or so) minutes long. Some people say it's an EP (it's only got 5 songs). I say it's an album.

and I should also say that having had it for the same amount of time as Mr Diver I also love the hell out of it.

that track is on the album, and to put it simply, the album is similar in feel to that track.

not sure...but it'll probably be wise to get there fairly early as there's a chance the gig will be upstairs which is, as you probably know, ludicrously small.

it was going to be at the freebutt on the 19th, but they were double booked to play bristol the same night. the brighton night got moved and the only venue available on the 18th was the hobgoblin. although the night is free a donation would be appreciated.....
