Sorry guv!
Copied it from a previous article which didn't have the date in either, hence the lack of OXFORDNESS. Amended forevermore sancionados.
Looks like he's taken it from my wardrobe which still has a few of my old clothes in...
...at my parents' house.
Tom Waits, Will Ferrell, Ron Perlman, Mark Lanegan...
...ever seen them all in the same room?!
Go to the point where the melody kicks in on the GGD track @ around 1 minute.
And then the start of the Flo song.
Truncated?!
It's 1,600 words long and, as the title suggests, it's an ongoing thing. What did you want a 25,000 word tract on Brighton's music scene?!
Given I copied and pasted it all from the NME.com website...
...I'm going to say JLS. Jonas Brothers won worst album, as far as I know...
...and then you also run the risk of getting one positive and one negative review...
...which muddies the waters a bit.
Yeah, I wasn't suggesting the two were linked - just saying that (obviously) they're off air at the moment...
...which is a bit of a shame.
Totally agree James, love this record.
Love that they've totally embraced melody, harmony and pop in general. Expectations of the record were different, of course, but it only really took one listen to properly get INTO it, and start loving it.
God.
Poinnt.
Yeah, I imagine that would have been the case.
I did put 'riot' in quote marks, once, to be fair.
Not really.
Love or even having a 'crush' isn't a phenomenon limited to men and boys...granted, the three examples up there are all male, but they were the most interesting ones. There's FEMALE opinion on the original article.
Having only listened to it once (and a bit) so far, these are my first impressions.
I like it, but, I dunno, it's just a bit exhausting a listen in some regards.
SOMEONE WILL HAVE IT.
Someone will have got it on their cameraphone or something, if all else fails...
Aha!
And on Domino?
Ha!
My experience of them was the same, though I always put the lack of enjoyment of the ATP performance down to the ridiculous heat as much as anything else. There was a group of about four girls who looked like their handbags had just been shit in.
Was kinda thinking this record might level off a bit from the inconsistency in the last one and it seems it has, which is good. If nothing else 'Ambling Alp' makes it worthwhile.
I'm not listing all the clubs he played for!
As for Mehmet Scholl...that one flew under my radar. May have read about it on here, though.
"Porto, cheating arseholes BTW, took the lead right on half time."
Yep, the biggest team of cheating and conning, diving, rolling around, faking bastards ever to play the game.
SORRY!
!
Haha.
Get a KEY-TAR!
Just read this.
Would've been better for me if I'd have read it on Monday...
That's pretty cool. Congrats.
For a minute I thought they weren't going to find you and were going to be like "Oh, OK, he's not here! Next!".
Only the second to be actually released over here, though.
Properly, like. So that's why.
Yes. But when compared to the usual bunch and who they're up against...
...it's been a slow and steady process, I'd say.
Think it's problems with loading new playlists...
...which they've had before, annoying.
Thirteen years previous.
It was the first piece of legislation the Blair government passed.
Sure.
It's meteorite...
From us?
I got excited before, and that got me nowhere. Best to wait this time.
Nice. Really looking forward to hearing this properly.
Have to say the first album wasn't completely my thing, but the tone and just the 'sound' of the record were the interesting bits.
!
I did say it wasn't REALLY leaked!

No mistake.
Thought that Florence and The xx as headliners are a bit strange, but solid gold other than that. Well, not so much STRANGE for Florence, given the success she's had, but certainly for the xx.
