This band is truly awful.

The sound might be dreadful in certain parts of it, but you just need to move forward and to one side to get better sound. I saw Pixies and the White Stripes there in 2005 and we moved forward during the support bands and got much better sound.

As for poor sightlines, I'm a shortarse, so I get poor sightlines wherever I'm stood.

And it's London. Aren't all tickets overpriced?

Bad transport links - how so? Because a tube doesn't go right up to the venue? You get a tube, you get a bus. Somewhere like Hackney is far worse IMHO.

I think that's pretty wicked. Not a massive Portishard fan, but I expected some guitar band again, and this is good news. As long as fucking Morcheeba aren't playing.

Also, it's not about disliking noise. It's about the sheer amount of shit noise at ATP, and, worst of all, shit improv.

I wanna see Mike Patton curate an ATP. That would be truly magnificent.

Saw them at Trafalgar Square on Saturday, and I can safely say they are without doubt the worst band I have ever seen. I FUCKING HATE this image-over-music Shoreditch bullshit. If someone told them blue rinses were trendy, they'd up and get them. And the singer, what an arrogant fuck, coming back onstage before Belle and Sebastian. Wanker.
